Growing up in the world today can leave kids scared, confused and unhappy. The Be Happy, Involved & Positive (BHIP) program is designed to provide parents and their children ages 5 to 17 years old with a safe and secure place to learn about ways to improve their behavior and self-confidence. This is a free program that is generously funded by the Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation.

This program is available in English and Spanish and starts with a questionnaire that is reviewed by Rush-Copley Family Medicine Center staff. Then, if parent and child are interested, both group education and counseling is offered. To date, over 700 screenings have been provided.
